Quality
Certifications to international quality and environmental standards.
With a team of experienced engineers, inspectors, and logistics specialists, we have built a zero-tolerance quality-control process that removes the risks of navigating the open market. These are the standards that process is built to — and the frameworks any supplier-qualification audit of AInspireX is measured against.
Counterfeit avoidance & testing
The standards that keep suspect parts out.
AS6081 — Fraudulent/counterfeit electronic parts
The SAE aerospace quality standard providing uniform requirements, practices, and methods to mitigate the risk of purchasing and supplying fraudulent or counterfeit electronic parts. It defines how we qualify open-market suppliers, what we inspect, and how suspect product is quarantined and reported.
AS6171 — Test methods for suspect/counterfeit parts
SAE's inspection and test procedure standard for detecting suspect or counterfeit electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) parts. The AS6171 test slate — external visual, marking permanency, X-ray, XRF, decapsulation, electrical — is applied in scope proportional to the risk of each part and channel.
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — Laboratory accreditation
The accreditation that lets testing and calibration laboratories demonstrate they operate competently and generate valid results. AInspireX escalates laboratory work to independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited partners, so the evidence you receive is recognised worldwide.
ANSI/ESD S20.20 — ESD control program
The electrostatic-discharge control program standard for protecting ESD-sensitive electrical and electronic components. Every handling, inspection, and storage area is run to it — grounding, wrist straps, packaging, and periodic verification.
Management systems
Quality, environment, and safety — managed, not assumed.
AS9120 — Aerospace & defence distribution QMS
The quality management system standard for distributors supplying the aerospace and defence industries. It adds traceability, record retention, and product-conformance controls on top of ISO 9001 — the level of rigour long-lifecycle and regulated programs expect.
ISO 9001 — Quality management system
The international standard that specifies the requirements of a quality management system: documented processes, measured performance, corrective and preventive action, and continual improvement across sourcing, inspection, and logistics.
ISO 14001 — Environmental management system
The recognised environmental management standard, designed to help organisations minimise the negative impact of their operations — from packaging and waste in our hubs to how excess and obsolete inventory is redistributed rather than scrapped.
ISO 45001 — Occupational health & safety
The health and safety management specification designed to eliminate or minimise risk to employees and other interested parties. The people handling your parts work in a facility run to it.
Freight security
TAPA — Transported Asset Protection Association.
TAPA documents freight security requirements that set minimum standards and industry best practice for facilities storing and handling high-value, theft-targeted assets. Memory, storage, and compute components are exactly that.
Our storage and shipping procedures follow TAPA facility and trucking security requirements: access control, CCTV coverage, sealed and tracked consignments, and documented chain of custody from receipt to your dock.
